Spirit of Texas BBQ is a barbecue restaurant that offers a range of smoked, roasted, and grilled barbeque goodness – including beef, brisket, and sausages. We opened Spirit of Texas BBQ so that people here in southern California can experience true Central Texas barbecue.

Our mission is to offer great food with exceptional customer service in a clean environment! Our meats are smoked slowly between 4 and 14 hours using white oak to give them that distinct central Texas flavor. Even though we are located in San Bernardino, we can also serve the surrounding areas during special events. We also offer home delivery services for special orders.
